
Lantenengo Running is a free running log that allows you to keep track of your daily runs online and to easily generate extensive, customizable statistics and charts of your running data in both American and Metric units.
You can browse around the site and view example pages as a guest if you'd like. But, you need to be signed in to view your own data. If you haven't gotten a Lantenengo username yet, you can do so at New User Sign Up for free.
The Running Log is the place to view all of your recorded runs in one place. Included are the run's date, distance, speed, location, city, state or country, surface, elevation, temperature, and comments. You can choose Metric or American units and select what information to display on the log by visiting the preferences page.
There are several different types of statistics that you can request about your running on Lantenengo Running. Quick Stats provides you with the distance, number of runs, and average speed of your runs for the last week, the last month, and all dates. Monthly Stats is a list of your total running broken down by month. It includes a chart documenting your monthly totals. From the Custom Stats page, you can request statistics based on any combination of distance, surface, elevation, and state or country for a given time period. Finally, there are the grouped stats pages where you can quickly view statistics and pie charts of your running by distance, elevation, state or country, and surface.
The Running Calendar allows you to easily view your running for a given month in a graphical calendar format.Finally, you can browse through great running products offered from Amazon.com and check out links to races and other running sites.
